Here in the teiser stern, your tongue can feel the tastes of the past as well as those of the warm south and distant countries, which may just prove to be a real culinary adventure. Our finely furnished restaurant prepares you for a taste-filled experience. You can calmly let your palate and tongue take the reins and allow yourself to follow the idiosyncrasies of the exciting combinations and fusions. This applies three times a day: for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We also cater for day guests – you can book us as a restaurant for your party!

Here on the sunny slope in Teis, the fruits grow magnificently and in large numbers. And after harvesting, they're brought to your table. The passion of our chef burns like the fire in our hearth. They breathe new life into our homegrown and harvested garden vegetables and other local produce from the area, bringing out the best in them. Classic and traditional Tyrolean recipes are just as much a part of our expertise as vegetarian and gluten-free cuisine! If you have a gluten intolerance or any other intolerance or allergy, our kitchen will be happy to accommodate you. But please let us know in advance!
