You will love the feel of the headwinds! The Dolomites and the entire Villnöss are threaded with cycle paths, just like the Eisack Valley. You can bring your bike with you, and of course store it in our garage and clean and maintain it as you like.
Otherwise, there are plenty of rental options nearby!

To master the adventure, you'll need some "fuel in your calves". If you prefer a more relaxed pace and want to avoid sore muscles, we'd be happy to organize the perfect e-bike for you!

Thanks to our partnership with a local rental shop, your bike of choice will be ready for you right here in Teis. E-bikes can be conveniently recharged at our on-site charging station.

Würzjoch

The Dolomite pass between Villnöss and the Gader Valley is a real challenge for experienced hikers, rewarding them with fabulous views of the Dolomites. It leads past soft, green alpine meadows lined with small haystacks.

Eisack Valley cycle path

This is perfect for moderate-to-experienced leisure cyclists, and leads you either south or north to the Brenner Pass. For the return you can also use the train to Brixen or Klausen, and from there cycle the last stage back to Teis!

Plose Bike Park

For real downhill fans, this is the absolute highlight of South Tyrol. At an altitude of over 2,000 m, and directly overlooking Brixen, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Lines from "very easy" to "expert" give you that real Whistler feeling and the ultimate flow experience!
